CARLOS (Mercury Agent) WAS ON VACATION.  We were in a bind.  We had a  scam earlier in the year, that effected our checking account. So our payment got denied  by Mercury. I CALLED CALOS
" I  have a 911  call me." Carlos was going through  terminal s ai Another Country. But Carlos took care of me buy the time he sat in his airplane Seat. Yayyyyyy  for Carlos!!
